How should I prepare for my first treatment?
For Massage Treatments, there is no preparation required by you. Simply contact us and provide us with as much information about your symptoms or injuries. Leave the rest to us.

For Sauna treatments please make sure you have showered before arriving to ensure that there are no oils, tans or moisturisers on your skin, as your pores will open. Any blockages of the pores caused by oils, tans etc will prevent detoxification through the skin.
Please hydrate prior to arriving by drinking at least 500ml of water. You will sweat so it is important that you are sufficiently hydrated before your treatment.
It is advisable to wear loose fitting/baggy clothing as you may sweat for up to 30 mins after your treatment. Loose fitting clothing will help you to continue to detoxify after your session.
