I am so pleased to be currently training in order to provide help and assistance to both Women and men with issues around Menopause. It can be a confusing and challenging time as we woman make that change. I will be providing support groups, classes and one-to-one sessions to help you through your journey. Mission
With so much conflicting and misleading information regarding the menopause, its difficult to know what to do and where to turn. My mission is to provide straightforward simple advice and assistance in ordr to make the journey through menopause as stress free as possible.
Vision
My vision is to provide assistance and advice to women who are about to enter menopause, those going through menopause and prepare young women for the future.
